MEET ANDY WAGNER
I’m a dedicated educator and public servant.
As a teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how education transforms lives. My campaign is built on service, transparency, and a deep commitment to the people of the 128th District.
I’ve lived in this district for over 20 years. I grew up in Gilbertsville/Boyertown in a blue-collar family where service and hard work were core values. My father served in the Air Force National Guard - a legacy of service that continues through my oldest son, a veteran of the Afghanistan war.
I’ve always believed in showing up and working hard. From earning All-Area honors on the football field at Boyertown High School to receiving the Pete Minzola Award for loyalty, dedication, and hard work, I’ve consistently lived the values of perseverance and leadership.
That work ethic carried through my college and professional career. At Lycoming College, I earned a degree in History and certification in secondary education while competing in both football and lacrosse. I was honored with All-Conference recognition in lacrosse and selected to play in the USILA North/South All-Star game.
STRONG LEADERSHIP LIFTS OTHERS UP
As the first head coach of the Perkiomen Valley High School lacrosse program, I led the Vikings to multiple state and conference playoff appearances. Under my guidance, players earned All-American, All-State, and All-Conference honors. I was proud to be named Coach of the Year multiple times by The Pottstown Mercury and The Times Herald.
Today, I continue to lead and inspire young athletes as the Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Daniel Boone High School.
My commitment to service extends into the classroom. I’ve taught in alternative education, special education, vocational programs, and now serve as an online instructor. I earned a Master’s in Special Education from Alvernia University and was honored with the Citadel Heart of Learning Award as High School Teacher of the Year.
I don’t just talk about hard work - I live it. From the classroom to the field to the community, I lead by example. District 128 deserves a representative who shows up, puts in the work, and delivers results. I’m ready to serve.
